Negative List for Sanchay Post Updated upto 28-12-2013

The file 'NL_20131130.exe' should be copied to DBAnalyzer folder and executed after completion of day's transactions. This will update the negative list in Sanchay Post upto 30/11/2013. (Corrections received upto 27/12/2013).

In addition to Negative List, updations relating to PINCODE details are also done in the database. Hence, execution of this patch will take longer than the usual updation time. System Administrators should ensure that the server is not switched off till successful execution of the patch.

To confirm updation, use 'DBAnalyzer >> Database Discrepancies >> NSC >> Details of negative list updation' option.

SP – Link Aadhaar Number tool is designed for entering Aadhaar Number for existing
SB Accounts. This tool can be used at both HOs and SOs.

Pre-requisites
1. .NET Framework 3.5
2. Sanchay Post Version 7.0
Functionality of the tool:
1. The tool allows the user to select the office (in case of HOs)
2. After selecting the office, account number should be entered.
3. Only live accounts are accepted.
4. If the entered account number is valid, Aadhaar number will be accepted.
5. Aadhaar number is validated to avoid duplication.
6. A single Aadhaar number can be linked to only one SB account.
7. On clicking ‘Save’ button, ‘Confirm’ button is displayed so that the entered
numbers are verified once again by the user before actually saving the record.
8. Option is available for listing out the linked accounts as a ‘.csv’ file.

Signature Scanning Software with use of Webcam In Sanchay Post

Steps for scanning with this software:-
1- Pulg in your Webcam in Computer and make sure your Webcam is showing successfully installed.
2- Extract this folder
3- Make a folder in C:\ with name 'SSScanner'
4- Copy SSScanner.exe from downloded folder to SSScanner Folder in C:\
5- Give Path name C:\SSScanner in Path field and SSScanner.exe in EXE File field in Signaure scanning        form in SUPER in Sanchay Post Online.
6- Click and enter in Scan(Existing/New) option and give password 'dopscan' and scan related SB,RD or      any other account with Scan and Save option.
7- After Scanning click on Verfiy option and press enter.
8- After this click Store(Existing/New) option and press enter.
    Now you can view your scanned signature with the help of View option and after this your Signature Scanning Procedure will be complete successfully.

Interest Rate Changes upto 27-06-13
